Client confidentiality will be maintained at all times. Details of your records will only be released upon your written consent. This includes to General Practitioners (GPs).

In some cases, dependant on your symptoms, you may be referred to your GP. This is to ensure nutritional advice given and any current medication can work together to produce the best possible results to enhance your health. Nutritional advice is not an alternative to medical advice, and you are encouraged to discuss your condition with your GP.

Balance Nutrition will endeavour to provide advice that may help resolve health problems, however, following the advice provided is at the discretion of the client and no guarantees as to improved health can be made.

Balance Nutrition will make every effort to ensure any supplementation suggested will enhance the clients’ health, however, the client retains the responsibility for taking any food supplementation.

Cancellation fees; appointments missed or cancelled within 48 hours will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee, within 24 hours a 100% cancellation fee of £55 applies.

Payment should be made by cash or cheque at the time of the appointment. Cheques should be made payable to ‘Balance Nutrition’.

Where goods are ordered out with consultations payment should be made by cheque to Balance Nutrition within 14 days of the order date. Late payment will be subject to an additional charge of 10%.

All goods supplied remain the property of Balance Nutrition until payment is received in full. However, please ensure you advise Balance Nutrition if your goods do not arrive within 4 working days of the order date.
