You have probably come to Balance Nutrition with a specific health goal in mind. It is important to us that we achieve your goals and treat you as the individual you are.

As each appointment lasts up to an hour, we make sure there is plenty of time to discuss your requirements and understand your goals. We will listen to any concerns you have and learn from your medical history. From this we can we develop an effective programme together, where we hope you will enjoy the changes suggested.

Our aim is to facilitate an understanding of how your body works, and how foods interact with you as an individual. We want to empower you to take charge and feel in control of your own health. Changes in eating habits, and the right quality foods, can be amazingly powerful, often achieving the results you want in a surprisingly short time.

Often we may recommend natural supplements. These are concentrated food stuffs, vitamins, minerals or herbs, and are all natural products from natural sources. They may be used to help resolve specific issues, enhance metabolic processes, or build up vital body stores of nutrients where there may have been a long-term imbalance. We do, however, aim to keep supplements to a minimum and allow dietary changes to do the majority of the work.

Of course, identifying the right foods for you is the priority, so the recommendations will take into account your likes and dislikes, as well as any special requirements you have.
